In contemporary times, changes are constant and rapid. It is crucial to learn how to develop green materials to address environmental challenges, with a focus on recycling and reintegrating them for use or discontinuing their use when they are no longer compatible with the current era. Consequently, it is essential to engage with external organizations, fostering connections to facilitate the exchange of knowledge. This exchange allows for obtaining valuable feedback and using those insights to address and improve problems, ultimately aligning with specific needs. This approach mirrors the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) process. Utilizing PDCA as a framework provides a solid foundation for expanding into a specialized center. Moreover, the research center's operational efficiency is contingent upon building a knowledge base of researchers with transferable expertise. To advance, it is necessary to seek research funding from external researchers, community organizations, and industry partners within the BCG group.
