Utilizing existing data from servers, clouds, and cutting-edge sensor technology, we aim to boost production efficiency and minimize losses. Through web browsers or mobile applications, these algorithms can offer solutions or early warnings for issues like animal health and environmental conditions. Our research, in collaboration with public and private sectors, focuses on developing tailored algorithms for specific problems and communities, aiming for practical field This is the essence of Translational Research, aiming to have scientific research make a tangible impact on real life. SDG 2: Zero Hunger: Enhancing the efficiency of livestock production supports sustainable food production, which is a critical step towards achieving the goal of eradicating hunger and improving food quality. SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure: The development and utilization of new technologies such as algorithms and sensors in farm management support innovation and create modern infrastructure, crucial for sustainable industrial development. Target in 3 Years Over the next three years, aligned with our expertise in Translational Research platforms and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our research group aims to: Develop and Implement Innovative Algorithms: Create and integrate at least 3 cutting-edge algorithms specifically tailored for livestock management into practical field settings. These algorithms will focus on enhancing decision-making in areas such as animal health, environmental monitoring, and resource optimization. Achieve Measurable Impact on SDG Targets: Directly contribute to at least three SDGs &#8211; Zero Hunger (SDG 2) by improving food security through enhanced livestock productivity; Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9) by advancing technological solutions in agricultural practices; and Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12) by promoting sustainable resource usage and minimizing waste. Collaborative Field Trials and Adaptation: Conduct extensive field trials in collaboration with local communities, industry partners, and government agencies. Aim to adapt and refine our solutions based on real-world feedback, ensuring they are community-specific and address the unique challenges faced in different settings. Educational Outreach and Capacity Building: Train at least 100 individuals, including farmers, agricultural professionals, and students, on the practical applications of our developed technology. This initiative will enhance community knowledge, foster innovation, and encourage sustainable practices. Publication and Dissemination of Findings: Publish a minimum of 10 peer-reviewed papers Secure Intellectual Property: File for patents for at least two novel technologies or processes developed during our research.
