The Computational Molecular Biology group combines understanding of high-throughput technology and molecular biology with machine learning techniques to tackle complex problems in biomedical research. Our work focuses on data analysis, visualization, and interpretation but we also collaborate closely with experimental laboratories.

2. AI-assisted monitoring of COVID-19 community isolation in Thailand. 2023 IEEE Statistical Signal Processing Workshop (SSP), 651-655.
3. Federated learning for predicting clinical outcomes in patients with COVID-19. Nature medicine 27 (10), 1735-1743. Collaboration with 20 hospitals around the world.
