Center of excellence in Retina focuses on researching retinal and vitreous diseases in various dimensions, including basic science and disease pathophysiology, examination and diagnosis with special tools, treatment with modern technology as well as the creation of related innovations in order to gain new knowledge that can be applied to improve patient care in the future. The research results are both products from the center and from cooperation within and outside the university.
