Niche Journals

Objectives

To encourage and support faculty members and researchers of Chulalongkorn University in publishing their academic works in niche journals with specialized expertise at the international level. This initiative aims to increase the number of publications in such journals, enhance the visibility of researchers within their respective fields, and contribute to the improvement of the University’s subject-specific rankings.

Period

  • Application period: Around the third quarter of the fiscal year

Eligibility

  • Must be a full-time faculty member of Chulalongkorn University (not over 60 years old)

  • Adjunct or visiting of any type are not eligible for this grant

  • First Author or Corr. Author

  • Affiliation: Chulalongkorn University

  • Published in Niche Journal

  • If both are faculty member of Chulalongkorn University, one article can only receive one award

Budget

  • Reward 2,500 THB per publication
  • 12,500 THB/person/fiscal year

Conditions

  • Full article such as original research, review, meta-analysis, book chapter

  • Except short communication, case report

  • An article with a Published Date in the Scopus or Epub according to the fiscal year

  • Affiliation: Chulalongkorn University

  • No MDPI, Hindawi, Frontiers

  • Must be an article published in a Niche Journal as listed
